Hummus and guacamole are so 2019! New (addictive) organic olive oil dip alert!

We all agree that hummus and guacamole dips were a hit these past years, especially when you need a quick and healthy starter to binge on / or for a friends gathering. But, lets also agree that it's time to try something new in 2020 using the best of the Italian organic products.


This delicious, healthy and group-friendly dip might be a new hit, and its super simple to make.

All you need is:


2 garlic cloves, or more depending on how garlicky you want it

2 tablespoons capers, drained (optional)

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

3 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese

Pinch flaky sea salt

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional to make it spicy)

1/2 cup Apulia Organic Extra Virgin olive oil


Chop everything into tiny bits then use a spoon to smoosh them together into a loose paste. Spoon it onto a plate then pour more Apulia Organic Extra Virgin olive oil on top.


Top tip: Adding a small splash of balsamic vinegar is never a bad idea.


Enjoyed best with some fresh sourdough bread - we like our from Little Sourdough Kitchen in Fulham. Italian food never tasted better than this!
